Who we are

Rocketman Tech (Rocketman Management LLC) is a Jamf-focused Managed Service Provider (MSP). We help organizations deploy, administer, and optimize Jamf Pro and related Apple device-management workflows. We also publish Rocketman Command Center (RCC), a free CLI toolkit that customers can deploy in their own environments.

This policy explains how our website collects and uses information about visitors, prospects, and customers. It is separate from any customer-specific contract, which will govern if there’s a conflict.
 

What information we collect

We collect contact details you submit (name, work email, company, message content) via forms or email. We collect support or request content you choose to send (for example screenshots or logs). We collect technical data automatically collected by our site or platform (for example IP address, browser type, pages viewed, approximate location, device identifiers). We collect cookie or analytics data if enabled (see Cookies and tracking below). We do not intentionally collect sensitive end-user or consumer data on our website.

We collect information directly from you when you submit a form, email us, book time, or sign up for updates. We collect information automatically via our website platform (Wix) and any analytics tools you’ve accepted.
 

Why we collect information

We use the information to respond to inquiries and provide requested information or support, to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website, to send service and company updates (only if you opt in), and to comply with legal obligations and protect our rights. We do not sell personal information.
 

How we store, use, share, and disclose information

Our website runs on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through Wix’s infrastructure (secure servers, access-controlled). Typical business tools such as email, calendar, and ticketing may process contact info you share with us; those processors are under confidentiality and security commitments. We share information only as needed to operate the site, respond to you, comply with law, or protect rights and safety.

We may contact you to reply to your inquiries, send requested materials, or share service updates you opted into. You can opt out at any time (see Your choices below).

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your contact information by emailing admin@rocketman.tech. For information that resides in your own systems (for example Jamf Pro during an MSP engagement), please use your internal process—our website policy does not cover your internal systems.
 

Data retention

Website and contact records are kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Support artifacts you voluntarily send (for example logs) are retained only as long as needed to assist you and are deleted upon request or at case closeout.
 

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the data and context (for example encrypted transport, access controls, least-privilege). When we work inside a customer’s environment, we follow the customer’s security and access requirements.

 

International considerations

Our team is US-based. If a project requires cross-border access or processing, we’ll document appropriate safeguards in the applicable engagement terms before proceeding.
